RETURN AND EXCHANGES:
We have a no refund policy. We do not offer refunds however, you can view our Returns and Exchange policy below:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are non-refundable
All Custom Duties/Charges Shall Be Borne By The Customer.
No return or exchange is available for International orders. We are not responsible for any damages during the international transit. We will be sending the packaging video of every order to the respective email id before shipping it for the customer to verify.
MERCHANDISE BOUGHT ON FULL PRICE:
At Reva Beads, we offer a 3-day exchange policy after receiving the product, for all designs bought on full price (subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted. One need to record the opening of the package video and send it to us through guided medium. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website. Please do notify us by writing to us on info@revabeads.in
We do not provide reverse pick-up services. You will need to send the parcel to us.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE BOUGHT ON FULL PRICE:
1. For exchange please drop us an email to info@revabeads.in with your original order number along with details of exchange.
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)
3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with additional courier charges.
MERCHANDISE BOUGHT ON DISCOUNT:
Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITION OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
1.Reva Beads may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification.
2.No exchange or return requests shall be accepted on customised products.
CASH ON DELIVERY TRANSACTIONS:
1. Please use this payment method only if you are certain that someone will be available to receive and pay for your order upon delivery. If you intend to leave the address you provided, kindly endorse your payment to another party to ensure your order is delivered successfully.
2. Please prepare the exact amount reflected on your invoice upon delivery.
3. To avoid delays or delivery failure, please ensure you provided accurate and complete information (Name, Shipping address, Contact number)
4. Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If your order is not delivered during these attempts, RTS will be triggered (Return to seller). Accounts that have failed COD transactions will be unable to place future orders using COD as a payment method.
