 FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

We provide free delivery for our products. 

The dispatch time is 24-48 hrs.

Delivery time ranges between 2-5 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - OUTSIDE INDIA

The dispatch time is 24-48 hrs.

Delivery time is  5 -8 business days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery. 

These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.

Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

All international orders are non-refundable.

VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

FOR CUSTOMISE ORDERS - WITHIN AND OUTSIDE INDIA

Shipping & Dispatch may take take longer depending on the customisation.

Customised orders are not eligible for Exchange/Returns.

CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

1. Pay Cash on Delivery (COD) (charges Rs. 100)
2. Please use this payment method only if you are certain that someone will be available to receive and pay for your order upon delivery. If you intend to leave the address you provided, kindly endorse your payment to another party to ensure your order is delivered successfully.
3. Please prepare the exact amount reflected on your invoice upon delivery.
4. To avoid delays or delivery failure, please ensure you provided accurate and complete information (Name, Shipping address, Contact number)
5. Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If your order is not delivered during these attempts, RTS will be triggered (Return to seller). Accounts that have failed COD transactions will be unable to place future orders using COD as a payment method.
6. 5% of the total order will be deducted in the refund amount for failed cash on delivery transactions due to unavailability of customer, wrong shipping address or denial by customer to take COD parcel and make payment.
