Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES:
Prices throughout the Website are quoted in one of the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR). Payment can only be accepted in quoted currency. Prices include GST(Goods and Services Tax). For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country's regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Also all the extra courier charges by the courier company for any last time changes of address, once the order is shipped, will be born by the customer. Prices of the products on the Website are subject to change without notice and can vary from item to item, and from time to time, depending on the prices of raw materials at the time of production. Occasionally, a product(s) would sells, and then may be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials and may not mean that we have increased our mark-Up. However, custom order are charged separately and may or may not be higher on pricing.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICES AND PRICING POLICY FOR ONLINE MERCHANDISE:
We are committed to offering shopping convenience, exceptional service, and an exciting product selection at competitive prices. Stores of Reva Beads operate
separately. Accordingly, the products and prices offered at each may differ. The Website may offer products which are not offered in stores. Similarly, promotional offers such as coupon(s) and additional discount(s) offered at you may not be used at the others.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours displayed depend on monitor or mobile screen and colour setting you use. We cannot guarantee that your monitor or the mobile phone screen will accurately reflect the colour of the product as is in our photographs and may vary actual product(s) on delivery. All product(s) are handcrafted so there may be some variations in the actual product received. Packaging of the product may vary from the packaging of the product displayed in the Website. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of products we supply, supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
SECTION 6 - ONLINE PAYMENT:
All payments on the Website are securely processed through our payment gateway partner. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express via recognised Payment Gateways. We may accept bank transfers upon special request at our sole discretion. You can contact our customer care for the same. We endeavour to ensure confirmation of ordered items, availability and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by e-mail if were unable to complete your order.
SECTION 7 - ORDER OF PRODUCT(S):
All product(s) and information displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer, which shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions as listed herein. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time, in such a scenario that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance order.No act or omission of Reva Beads prior to the actual dispatch of the products) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
SECTION 8 - MADE-TO-ORDER - TERMS & CONDITIONS:
For made-to-order, customised orders and consulted orders, alterations, change in ordered product(s) or cancellation will be only considered in special cases, within 3 days of order placement. Email regarding the same should be done on info@revabeads.in. All the custom orders are to be paid fully in advance. Cancellations will not be entertained in any orders post 3 working days. If cancellations are to be done irrespective, 30% cancellation fees will be charged on the total order and the remaining amount if any will be issued to the client as a credit note. No cancellation or exchange request will be entertained once the order is finalised and completed produced/ created .The order amount may differ in case of any exchange, changes, alterations to be made to the order, before the product is finalised and created. An additional 7 days time period will be given for the finalisation if notified in 3 days time. 30% cancellation fees will be charged on the order value if the client fails to revert for the follows up on the order. For custom orders, made-to-order pieces, that need to be put on hold due to any circumstances, the client can request a hold within their order timeline before shipping. An additional 7 days will be provided for the finalisation. The order will automatically be cancelled post 7 days after taking a follow up with the client. 30% of the order value will be charged as cancellation fees and the remaining amount if any will be issued to the client as a credit note.
SECTION 9 - DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
The delivery of your order will be made as per the shipping information provided on the website. In case of cancellations or alterations of ready to ship orders, an email needs to be sent to us same day of placing the order on info@revabeads.in. For ready to ship pieces, no cancellations or exchange request will be entertained once the product(s) is/are processed and shipped from our end.
SECTION 10 - YOUR OBLIGATION:
You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Reva Beads's registration form.Upon change or inaccuracy of any information provided by you on the Website, you shall be responsible to promptly inform Reva Beads. To maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any customer(s) provides/provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Reva Beads has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), the redelivery of the same will made as per shipping information provided on the website. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Reva Beads reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Reva Beads has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the services of the Website and or other affiliated websites without prior notice whatsoever. Check the product description before placing an order. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation of offer included in the item's description.You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the Website, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website or to any server,computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Website by hacking, password 'mining' or any other illegitimate means.
SECTION 11 - RESTRICTIONS:
Reva Beads reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Reva Beads reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.

SECTION 13 - CANCELLATION BY REVA BEADS:
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back in your card account.
We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount
corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies, etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/ charged. If however the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Reva Beads reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.
SECTION 14 - CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMER:
Cancellations, replacements, and returns shall be governed by the Return and Exchange policy available at www.Reva Beads.com. It is agreed by you that you will not dispute the decision made by Reva Beads and accept Reva Beads decision regarding cancellation, modification or replacement of the order.

The products under the sale will available only till the availability of stock with Reva Beads. Duration of sale is in the sole discretion of Reva Beads and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point of time.
The products under the sale may be removed/changed/added by Reva Beads and the discounted prices can also be changed, at the sole discretion of Reva Beads.Any return or exchange of the products will be as per our return and exchange policy available at https://Reva Beads.com/returns-exchange/. If any clause of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof. In the Company's sole discretion, it may transfer its rights and obligations (under these Terms and Conditions without your prior express consent.)
